HOME STAGING SERVICES
First Impressions are important in selling your home, especially with competition in the Chicago land area. We work with homeowners and realtors throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Whether you live in a bungalow, Tudor home, or ranch style home, you need to make the best impression possible to attract a buyer to your home. There are different types of home staging services available starting at $75.00/hr.
Walk-Thru Home Staging Consultations: Home staging involves both the inside and outside of your home. We start with the curb appeal on the outside of the home. We make suggestions for improvements to the landscape such as trimming trees and shrubs or adding flowers. The front door area should have a “Welcome home!” feeling for the potential buyer. Inside the home, we discuss and list changes for each room of the house, including gender neutral paint color, furniture arrangement and updating of accessories and window treatments. This service is a one time fee of $150.00.
Hands-On Home Staging: We can redesign your home using your existing furniture, if necessary, and new accessories. This type of staging may involve removing some items of furniture, changing paint color, updating lighting and artwork for minimal cost. We do the work for you at a convenient time for your schedule to create the best impression of your home. The $75.00 consultation fee is applied to your final bill.
Vacant Home Staging: Empty homes do not sell as quickly as furnished homes. We help the potential buyer visualize your home through the use of rental or purchased furniture and accessories. The cost for rental is for a 3 month time period and is separate from the staging fee. This includes delivery and pickup of basic living room furniture, such as a sofa chair, end tables, table lamps, etc. We will select and have delivered the furniture necessary to transform your empty house into a warm and modern living space.
